We promise to keep it short and sweet, but we also want to make sure you're fully in the loop. So buckle up, and let's dive into the details!

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill once the detailing service is complete and the vehicle is ready for collection.

  2. Service Completion: Completion times are estimated and may vary based on the condition of the vehicle and the specific services requested. We will communicate any changes to the estimated completion time as soon as possible.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the entire deposit.

  4. Liability: While we take great care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may be uncovered during the detailing process. Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle prior to service.

  5. Payment: The remaining balance of the total bill is due upon collection of the vehicle. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.

  6. Additional Services: Any additional services requested during the detailing process will be added to the final bill and must be paid upon collection.

  7. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  8. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please notify us within 24 hours of vehicle collection to address your concerns. We will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.
