At T&D Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality detailing products that meet your needs. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our complete return policy below to understand your options.
1. General Return Guidelines
We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return eligible products under the following conditions:
Returns Accepted: Within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Returnable Items: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Exclusions: Opened or partially used products, as well as custom or special-order items, are not eligible for return.
Refund Type: We offer full refunds for eligible returns in the original payment method.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@tnddetailing.co.uk or call us at 0800 999 1349 within 30 days of purchase.
Provide Your Order Details: Have your order number, product name(s), and a brief reason for return ready. This will help us process your request more efficiently.
Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Please do not return items without an RA# as returns without this number may not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we will make it right for you:
Report Damage or Defects: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if it's damaged or defective.
Return Process: We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging, including the tracking number on the package. This helps us resolve your issue quickly and improves our service for future orders.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Customer Returns: Unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product sent or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, your refund will be processed. Here’s how it works:
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item:
Return the Original Item: Please follow the return process above for a refund.
Place a New Order: Once the return is processed and your refund is issued, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products, including but not limited to: car wax, polishes, tire cleaners, and microfiber towels.
Sale or Clearance Items: All products marked as "final sale" or heavily discounted are not eligible for return.
Gift Cards and Personalised Items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Important Notes
Packaging: Please ensure that all returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
Unauthorised Returns: Returns without an RA# or after 30 days will not be processed or refunded.
International Returns: If you are outside of the UK, please contact us for further instructions. You may be responsible for any customs or import fees, which are non-refundable.
